Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, HRIS updates, and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and employee records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM (HR) student or recent graduate.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
