About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, taxation, banking, financial reporting, and vendor management while ensuring statutory compliance and accurate financial records.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable

- Verify vendor invoices and process payments as per agreed terms.
- Review project vendor running bills, adjust advances, and release payments.
- Manage vendor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Negotiate with vendors for purchases and service contracts.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
- Prepare monthly expense reports and project cost reports.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations.
- Verify contractors' PF, ESIC, and Workmen Compensation Insurance compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during statutory audits.

Accounting & Banking

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.




- Manage banking transactions and coordinate with banks.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare Income & Expenditure Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and financial statements for management.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cost reporting skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation.
