Role Overview

Traecit Wealth is hiring an experienced insurance professional to manage end-to-end IMF operations across Life, Health and General Insurance. The role involves handling insurer relationships, quotations, policy issuance support, POSP coordination, telecaller supervision, sales team support, renewals, claims assistance and MIS.

The ideal candidate should have worked in a multi-insurer environment and should be comfortable coordinating with insurance companies, sales teams, telecallers and POSPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with Life, Health and General Insurance companies.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, product comparisons and insurer coordination.
- Support sales team and POSPs with product selection, premium quotes, documentation and closures.
- Manage telecallers, lead allocation, follow-ups and daily calling performance.
- Coordinate proposal forms, KYC, payment, policy issuance, endorsements and renewals.
- Track pending cases, underwriting requirements, medicals and insurer approvals.
- Support clients and team members in claims documentation and claim follow-up.
- Maintain MIS for leads, quotes, policies issued, renewals, premium, sales team and POSP performance.
- Train telecallers, sales executives and POSPs on insurance products and processes.




- Create and maintain SOPs for quotation, policy issuance, renewals and servicing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, sales support, channel support or insurer coordination.
- Working knowledge of Life, Health and General Insurance products.
- Experience with multiple insurance companies and insurer portals.
- Prior experience with Insurance Broker, IMF, Corporate Agent or POSP setup preferred.
- Ability to manage telecallers, sales coordinators and POSPs.
- Solid follow-up, documentation and process management skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Insurance sales: 5 years (Required)
