We are looking for a collection telecaller with excellent Telugu communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update payment information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Fluent in Telugu (speaking is essential).
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Tamil are preferred.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work under pressure.
- Any graduate or HSC/diploma holder can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, collections, or banking processes is an added advantage.
