- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Robust knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
