Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, and educational services offered by KollegeSmart.
- Generate and qualify student leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.
- Maintain call records and update student information in the CRM.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and internet usage.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated, disciplined,



and target-oriented.
