About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our online business. The role involves managing product listings, processing customer orders, coordinating dispatches, handling customer communication, and ensuring smooth backend operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Experience Required

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, or other online marketplaces is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing and timely dispatch.
- Track orders, shipments, returns, and replacements.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and marketplace support portals.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and return requests.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate across all platforms.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain order records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock updates.
- Support backend operations to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce functioning.

Required Skills





- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or marketplace seller portals is an advantage.
