About the Role:

We're looking for a Technical Writer who can translate complex technical

concepts into clear, effective documentation that helps our customers succeed.

Our product is deeply technical and documentation-heavy, so you'll play a critical

role in enabling customer success through high-quality written content.

 Responsibilities:

Own and maintain customer-facing documentation and release notes.

Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to convert

complex technical details into clear, actionable content.

Manage documentation in a fast-paced, agile workplace, ensuring content

stays current as the product evolves.

 Requirements:

Proven experience writing customer-facing documentation for technical

products.

Experience documenting Kubernetes, APIs, Linux systems, or AI/ML

platforms.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Experience collaborating with SMEs to gather and validate technical

information.

Ability to manage new content creation and ongoing updates effectively.

Familiarity with VS Code/Sublime/Vim/Atom, GitHub, and terminal commands.

 Nice to Have:

Experience documenting hardware, networking, or security.

Familiarity with data centre infrastructure or AI accelerators.

Experience with Mintlify or similar documentation platforms.

What We’re Looking For:





Proven track record writing customer-facing documentation for deeply

technical products

Experience documenting infrastructure and platform software such as

Kubernetes, APIs, Linux system administration, and AI/ML platforms

Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with frequent

documentation updates and shifting priorities

Strong technical aptitude with a track record of quickly learning new

technologies and domains

Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather

and validate technical information

Strong organizational skills to manage both new content creation and updates

to existing documentation

Experience with code editors VS-code or sublime-text, VIM or Atom

Experience with GitHub and terminal commands

You Have an Edge If You Have:

Experience documenting hardware infrastructure, networking, or security

Familiarity with data center hardware, rack systems, or AI accelerators

Experience with Mintlify or similar modern documentation platforms What

Customers can independently navigate and use our product through your

documentation

Documentation keeps pace with product changes

Internal teams view documentation as a strategic asset in the customer

journey.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
