JD – Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

· we are seeking a highly motivated procurement executive with electronics background to

manage sourcing, purchasing, vendor development and procurement activities for electronic components, PCB's.

· The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials, cost optimization, Quality compliance and strong supplier management.

· Knowledge of AS9100

Key Responsibilities

· Source and procure electronic components, PCBAs, Semiconductors, Passive components,

· Co-ordinate with vendors for lead time reduction and issue resolution

· Cross-functional Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with Production, planning, stores and logistic team for material planning

· Track open orders, pending deliveries

· negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.

· implement cost reduction thru alternate sourcing

· maintain procurement record,



supplier database, quotes and contacts

Required Skills

· Solid knowledge of electronic components, supply chain

· Understanding of BOMs, PCB assemblies

· supplier negotiation and vendor management skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel & word

· Effective verbal & written communication skills.

Reqd Qualification:

B. Tech /Diploma (ECE, EEE)

Experience required

2-4 years of experience in procurement /Supply Chain
