Job Requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors.

- develop project timeline and monitor progress on week to week basis including follow up with cross functional teams to get the things done

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and current packaging solutions.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.

- Analyze and optimize the packaging supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as required.

Work Experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in packaging technology.
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Artwork management
- Material Specification Management
- Understanding of Packaging materials
- Understanding of Packaging development process
- Vendor management
- Vendor negotiation and understanding on material price
- Understanding of bill of materials.

Experience: 2-5 years
