- Conduct risk-based internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.
- Perform detailed audit testing, vouching, and analytical review of financial and operational transactions.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks, and recommend practical improvements.
- Verify compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Prepare audit observations, reports, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly audit assignments and support management with meaningful audit insights.
- Travel to branch offices and warehouses for audit assignments, as and when required.
Desired Profile:
- CA Inter (dropout preferred) or a graduate/postgraduate in Commerce with strong accounting knowledge.
- 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, statutory audit,
or accounts.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (including analytical functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Good communication and report-writing skills with a proactive and professional approach.
- Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience. (Approx 20-25 K)
