Profile Opening Brief

We are looking for a self-driven AI/ML Developer with 3–4 years of experience who is passionate about solving complex business problems using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently researching, designing, and building AI-powered solutions while contributing to product development. This role requires someone who can translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, work independently when needed, and has the potential to lead future AI initiatives and teams as the organization grows

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve complex business problems

Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment

Develop scalable and production-ready ML solutions

Conduct applied research to explore new techniques, algorithms, and AI approaches

Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML models and frameworks

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning. Contribute to building AI best practices and frameworks

Work closely with stakeholders to convert business problems into ML solutions

Lead the design and development of AI-driven products and features

Ensure models are optimized for performance, accuracy, and scalability

Take ownership of AI initiatives from research to production

Work independently on challenging problems with minimal supervision

Prototype and experiment with different AI approaches to achieve optimal outcomes

Document and share learnings with the broader team. Potentially lead AI/ML initiatives or teams as the organization scales

Required Skills:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI application development
- Experience in designing or working with multi-agent LLM systems, enabling collaborative or autonomous agent workflows for complex tasks and decision-making




- Proficiency in developing AI agents using Pydantic AI (or similar production-grade frameworks like LangGraph/CrewAI)
- Extensive experience in developing multimodal AI workflows that process and reason over images, videos, and documents alongside text
- Solid Python development skills, with essential experience in FastAPI
- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and evaluation metrics, such as factual accuracy, coherence, and safety
- Experience in integrating AI models into production systems using Azure, with APIs, microservices, or serverless architectures
- Hands-on experience building GraphRAG pipelines using Neo4j, and managing high-scale vector data in Astra DB or Cosmos DB
- Knowledge of deployment to Azure cloud and container apps
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional global teams
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, computer vision and model evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
- Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines
- Familiarity with REST APIs or deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment frameworks

Nice to Have:

- Experience with fine-tuning or custom training of LLMs
- Understanding of data privacy, model bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
