Accounts.

- Handle basic accounting and billing activities
- Manage sales/purchase entries, invoice preparation, and bank statements.
- Maintain daily accounts, record transaction / indirect expenses.
- Liaise with CA team for monthly GST/TDS filing.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and basic financial coordination.

Customer Service.

- Capable of individually handling Pre and Post shipment documentation of Sea & Air freight.
- Coordinate with vendor, customer, buyer, supplier & overseas offices.
- Handle day-to-day documentation and customer service follow-ups in relation to freight forwarding activities with shipping line, subcontracted vendors & clients.

Required Skills;

- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, or billing software is preferred.
- Ability to manage enquiries and coordinate with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.




- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
- Minimum 2/3 years of work experience in freight forwarding field is a must.
- Must possess good command in Tamil, English & Hindi and willing to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
