- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, biomedical waste management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate OT, Cath Lab, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and other departments for efficient operations.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies and coordinate with the purchase department.
- Ensure proper staffing and coordinate duty rosters with HR.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for hospital services.
- Maintain documentation, records, and operational compliance.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MHA/MBA (Hospital Administration) is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations is preferred.
