- Supervise and coordinate ambulance operations on a daily basis.
- Monitor ambulance availability, deployment, and response times.
- Ensure all ambulances are operational, clean, and equipped with required medical equipment and supplies.
- Supervise ambulance drivers, EMTs, paramedics, and support staff.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of ambulances and equipment.
- Maintain records related to vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with hospitals, emergency departments, and client representatives during emergencies.
- Investigate incidents, accidents,



and service complaints and submit reports.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of ambulance staff.
- Assist in recruitment, induction, and training of ambulance personnel.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient transfer and emergency response records.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and disaster management operations.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
