Job Description – HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our college. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring timely hiring and a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and administrative positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/final interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to understand hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (education industry experience is preferred).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
