We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the execution of digital strategies for a variety of brands. You’ll work closely with our account managers and creative team to bridge the gap between trending content and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming, drafting, and scheduling engaging posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of viral trends, audio, and platform updates to ensure our clients remain relevant.
- Engagement: Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Production Support: Help coordinate logistics for brand photoshoots and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) production.
- Reporting: Assist in gathering data and insights from social media analytics to help the team refine future strategies.
- Copywriting: Draft catchy captions and basic ad copy that aligns with specific brand voices.

Requirements

- Digital Fluency:



A strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective "vibes" and algorithms.
- Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly within a team.
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and what makes a post "scroll-stopping."
- Tools: Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or scheduling platforms (Buffer/Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Attitude: A proactive learner who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced agency environment.
