Job Description:

(a) Basic Function: - Support Customer Relations team by assisting with projects related to YBP.

(b) Essential Functions: This role may include some or all of these functions:

· Answer Product related questions (both technical and service related) and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner (within 24 hours whenever possible) via telephone, e-mail, on-line, etc

· Ensure all communication and activities are logged.





· Assist in project work of a repetitive nature.

· Prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.

· Understand the technical environment, products service, systems used for YBP and CRM.

Required Qualifications:

· Candidates with 2-3 years’ working experience in MS Excel.

· Any Graduate with excellent verbal communication; excellent written communication; positive attitude & team player

· Proficiency in Macros will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and positive Internet browsing skills

· Library industry related experience a plus

· Outstanding organizational skills, thrives in a structured work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
