We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Accountant to manage financial operations across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent reconciliation skills, and experience handling marketplace finances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform reconciliation of sales, payments, settlements, and deductions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
- Reconcile platform fees, commissions, advertising expenses, returns, refunds, and other marketplace charges.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement in coordination with the operations team.
- Manage office accounts, including petty cash, office expenses, travel expenses, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain purchase records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and coordinate with the CA for accounting and compliance.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and ensure timely financial reporting.




- Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Support month-end closing, audits, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and financial accuracy across all transactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Experience in marketplace reconciliation and inventory accounting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
