Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and monitor daily site activities. The candidate will assist in overseeing labor, coordinating materials, and ensuring basic work progress and site cleanliness. This role is open to freshers with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workers
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and discipline
- Coordinate with the site engineer and office team
- Maintain basic records like labor attendance, material receipt, etc.
- Follow up on work progress and report delays or issues
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and movement on site

Requirements:

- B.E.Civil or Diploma (Civil)
- Freshers are welcome
- Willingness to work at construction sites
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Sincere, responsible, and punctual
