1. JOB PURPOSE
A bottling executive is responsible for overseeing the entire bottling lines process of a manufacturing. The bottling executive is responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards and are consistent with customer expectations and also ensure that the bottling process adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Process Improvement & EHS Management
- OEE improvement – Analysis line speed, Bottle necks. Improvement plan and execution.
- Continual improvement plan for quality and Line efficiencies
- Improvement initiatives in operations, safety, quality, environment, cost and energy in the respective dept.
- Implement company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and procedures.
- Ensures that the team operates in a secure and efficient manner
- Investigate hazards, risks and report incidents and implement corrective action
- SHE – Meeting safety standards and statutory norms all the time.
- Ensure complete documentation of as per IMS (ISO 22000, 14000, 45000), Food Safety System
- OEE Improvement
- (Total Reportable) Incidents
- First Aid
- LTA (Lost Time Accident)
- Near Miss
Quality Management
§ Knowledge on FSMS, HCCAP, FSSAI, and safety for all operation management.
§ Establish standardized engineering practices and Implement GMP practices schedule as per SOPs
§ Ensure machine output as per the quality standards.
§ PPM reduction.
§ No NC during audits.
Cost management
§ Knowledge on MS Excel and ERP system
§ Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.
§ Supporting the team to monitory budgets and financial reports regularly to ensure optimal production costs.
§ Improve, Productivity, and efficiencies.
§ Ensure effective utilization of resources
§ Budgeting of Repair and Maintenance budget.
§ Overhead Cost
§ R&M; Cost.
§ % PM Wastage;
§ Productivity Cases/ Manday
§ Critical spares inventory.
Maintenance management
- Infuse safety culture at all times at shop floor level
- Planning, forecasting spares requirement and co-ordinate with purchase department for on time supply of spares.
- Repair and maintenance Planning and Execution based on monthly production projections. Achieving daily and monthly production targets.
- Knowledge in material procurement.
- Knowledge in TPM or TRACC.
- Exposure in IMFL Bottling operation / Utilities.
- Communicate the contractor employee's performance to their reporting manager and HR. Any issues among workmen should be communicated proactively to both reporting manager and HR.
§ Achievement of production / water and electricity targets
§ Reduction of downtime through PMS implementation.
§ Reduction in meantime breakdown.
4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
Production / Mechanical Diploma degree from reputed institute with preferably D.M.E, / D.E.E in related field.
Local language of Telugu is preferable
Functional Skills
- Knowledge in production planning, forecast and manpower management
- Good planning and Organizing Skills for Production and maintenance.
- Fairly good understanding of support functions like maintenance, facing audits, and accounts.
- High Flexibility and Problem Solving
- Knowledge in PMS / Breakdown maintenance and safety practices.
- Knowledge in TPM or TRACC.
- Best Suited for someone who High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
- Very Good communication skill
Relevant and total years of Experience
4-5 Years relevant functional experience in IMFL Bottling & maintenance.
