Saltstayz Hospitality is looking for a energetic and guest-focused Front Office Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates with prior hospitality experience as well as enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Welcome guests and assist them with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain guest records accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requirements
- Address guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front office area
- Handle calls, emails,
and booking-related queries professionally
- Ensure a positive guest experience in line with company standards
Requirements
- Prior experience of minimum 6 months or more in hotels preferred
- Good communication skills in English is mandatory
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest service and hospitality operations
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with eZee absolute (PMS software) preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
