About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior 3D Generalist who excels in both traditional 3D workflows and cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to create stunning visuals for games, animation, and digital media. Your expertise will drive the development of both AI-assisted and traditionally created content. From crafting stylized 3D worlds to generating high-quality AI-driven images and videos, your work will span multiple media, blending creativity and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Design & Create 3D Assets: Build immersive 3D models, characters, and environments for both real-time (games, VR) and pre-rendered content (animations).
- AI Integration: Leverage advanced AI tools like MidJourney, Reliable Diffusion, and Runway to generate imagery and video, enhancing the speed and creativity of production workflows.
- Animation: Animate characters, creatures, and environments, combining traditional rigging and animation techniques with AI-assisted approaches.
- Lighting & Cinematics: Design dynamic lighting setups, cinematics, and render sequences for storytelling in both games and other media. Use AI to enhance visual fidelity and style.
- Asset Optimization: Optimize assets for both performance (real-time engines like Unity)



and visual quality (for pre-rendered content).
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams in other departments ( design) to ensure smooth integration and alignment with artistic vision.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior artists, providing expertise in AI tools, generative techniques, and 3D artistry to elevate the team’s skill set.

Core Skills:

- Generative AI: Proficient in tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway for creating realistic and stylized images and videos.
- 3D Modeling & Animation: Strong background in modeling, rigging, and animation with software such as Blender, Maya, or similar.
- Lighting & Texturing: Expertise in stylized texturing and lighting in real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and pre-rendered workflows.
- Asset Optimization: Experience optimizing 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to push boundaries and think creatively to overcome technical challenges, combining AI with traditional artistry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
