Carzspa is one of India's leading car detailing and paint protection franchise networks. Our Ghatkopar studio offers premium services including Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic and graphene coatings, and professional detailing for discerning car owners across Mumbai's eastern suburbs. We're building a high-performance team, and sales is at the heart of it.
The Role
You will own the complete sales lifecycle — from the first enquiry to the closed deal. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys conversations, understands premium products, and can confidently guide a customer from "just enquiring" to "booked."
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online enquiries) promptly and professionally
- Understand each client's requirement — vehicle, budget, usage — and recommend the right product (PPF, ceramic coating, detailing packages)
- Explain products, processes, warranties, and pricing clearly to clients over call and in person at the studio
- Give studio walk-in clients a consultative experience: product demos, comparisons, and transparent quotations
- Close deals on call or in person, negotiate within approved pricing, and coordinate booking and scheduling
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and deal status; share regular pipeline updates with management
- Build deep product knowledge — films, coatings,
use-cases, aftercare — and stay updated on competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) — completed
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfort with Hindi/Marathi is an advantage for local clientele
- Strong with numbers — quotations, discount math, targets, and conversion tracking
- Confident, presentable, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly and explain them simply
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or a customer-facing role is a plus — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

- Working days: 6 days a week (weekend availability required — weekends are peak walk-in days)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
