Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our business development efforts across South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our laboratory testing services – including Water Testing, Food Testing, and other analytical services – and acquiring new clients across the region. This role requires extensive travel and a robust understanding of B2B marketing and technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals in South India.
- Identify and target potential clients such as food manufacturers, water bottling companies, government bodies, industries, and hospitals.
- Generate leads, schedule client meetings, and present laboratory services effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows,



industry seminars, and networking events.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in laboratory testing, food/water industries, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of FSSAI, BIS, ISO, and other regulatory requirements in testing services.
- Existing network in food, beverage, or water industries is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of lab testing and translate them into business benefits for clients.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Travel Allowances + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
