Hiring Alert: City Head – POSP Channel (Insurance)

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented City Head – POSP Channel to lead our insurance distribution network and drive business growth.

Experience:

5–10 Years

Industry:

Insurance Broking / Life Insurance / General Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of POSPs.

* Drive sales across Life, General, and Health Insurance products.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

* Conduct training and ensure continuous activation and engagement of POSPs.

* Build strong relationships with partners and coordinate with internal teams.

* Monitor business performance, market trends, and MIS reporting.

Who Should Apply?

* Graduates with 5+ years of experience in insurance distribution or channel sales.





* Prior experience in handling POSP or Agency channels.

* Strong knowledge of insurance products and local market.

* Excellent leadership, networking, and relationship management skills.
