The Role

The team is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter for India who will manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Finance, HR and Legal roles . The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle, starting from briefing the role, sourcing and screening candidates, through to offer rollout and candidate joining whilst leading the hiring manager through the process. The role requires strong experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management and offer negotiation within the India market.

Key Accountabilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including advertising, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding support.
- Handle hiring across different skill sets i.e., Finance, HR , I.T and Legal.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Exposure to both domestic (India) and international/global recruitment environments is preferred.
- Experience with proactive sourcing i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter
- India reporting will be to A. Hariharan and global will be to Blair Gibney.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, career portals, talentpools and external vendors.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate suitability and cultural fit.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain data in the ATS system.
- Generate and process offers.
- Manage offer discussions and negotiations with candidates for the India region.
- Interview scheduling and process management.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through joining.
- Candidate must be comfortable with high ownership in recruitment processes.
- Candidates from RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or Global Capability Center (GCC/Global Captive) backgrounds will be highly preferred.
- Can look at resumes with a combination of domestic & international experience.
- Max notice period to be considered is 45 days or immediate joiners.
- During periods of A/L or high volumes, support the hiring of candidates in Australia. (Approximately 30 days per calendar year, working Australian hours will be required).
