Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, define priorities, and ensure clarity of requirements.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to drive team efficiency and smooth delivery.
- Guide teams toward continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, sprint outcomes, and workflow challenges.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment between engineering, QA, product, and leadership.
- Support teams in planning, executing, and demonstrating product releases; coordinate UAT and system testing phases.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery timelines, progress trackers, and financial aspects as required.
- Provide transparent and timely reports to leadership through dashboards, burn-down charts,



and status updates.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and high performance across teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of qualified experience, with strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
- Professional Scrum certification is mandatory (e.g., CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe).
- Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
- Proficiency in project management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, product development processes, and cross-functional coordination.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to mentor team members and support organizational Agile maturity.
