Job Description

- Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for assigned materials or services.
- Manage purchase orders from request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Support supplier selection and qualification processes in collaboration with senior buyers and technical teams.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and help resolve issues as needed.
- Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, logistics, finance) to meet project and operational needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability goals within the purchasing function.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management principles.




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, or equivalent).
- Analytical thinking and attention to details, result oriented professional.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (additional languages as French are an advantage).
