Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products and services clearly and professionally.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Follow up with potential customers to close deals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.





0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
