Responsibilities - The Attending Consultant will be responsible to provide medical care to IPD, OPD, Labour Room and casualty patients of the Institute, She will also be performing/assisting diagnostic and surgical procedure, conduct presentations at the Birthing program, workshops, Camps etc.

Qualifications and Experience - Educational Qualifications and Key skills required

MSc Nursing with 7-8 experience in Nursing Quality.

- Technical: Experience with data visualization tools e.g., Microsoft excel/ Power point /handling EMR etc.,

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Methodologies: Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks like Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Lean, or Six Sigma

- Scatter diagram
- Fish bone diagram (Cause and effect)
- RCA & CAPA
