Full job description

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute Daily Work Management (DWM) plans for the machine shop.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on production schedules and machine loading.
- Coordinate material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor shift-wise production against planned targets and take corrective actions when required.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Supervise operators and setters to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and machine performance data.
- Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.




- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and company policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of machine shop operations (CNC, VMC, HMC/VTL).
- Experience in Daily Work Management (DWM).
- Manpower planning and shift management.
- Material planning and production coordination.
- Production monitoring and productivity improvement.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
