About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder, Next Experience/Workspaces, and the ServiceNow UX Framework. You will be responsible for designing and developing modern, responsive user experiences while supporting workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and ServiceNow UX Framework.
- Develop and customise Next Experience and Workspace applications.
- Build and configure Performance Analytics (PA) widgets.
- Create responsive UI components and implement branding and theme customisation.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Playbooks.
- Support workspace-based execution flows and guided user experiences.
- Develop guided commissioning workflows.
- Integrate UI Builder with automation flows.
- Configure and manage Data Brokers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow best practices for ServiceNow development, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.




- Experience with ServiceNow Playbooks.
- Expertise in Next Experience, Workspaces, and ServiceNow UX Framework.
- Experience building responsive UI components.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics (PA) widgets.
- Experience configuring Data Brokers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing reusable UI components, client-side scripting, and responsive user experiences.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Data Brokers, Data Resources, and custom component development.
- Experience with Playbook Designer, guided experiences, and workspace-driven process automation.
- Understanding of ServiceNow App Engine, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience integrating UI Builder with Automation Flows.
- Knowledge of guided workflows and workspace-based execution.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow branding and theme implementation.

Qualifications

- 8–14 years of overall IT experience.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹308,351.61 - ₹1,500,701.52 per year
