We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as Playwright (Java/JavaScript/TypeScript) and Cypress (JavaScript), combined with a solid foundation in manual testing and API validation. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications across different browsers and devices, and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright (Java/JavaScript/TypeScript) and Cypress (JavaScript)
- Perform manual testing to validate UI and functional behavior across various browsers and devices
- Execute and maintain API testing using tools like Postman
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers in Agile/Scrum environments




- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Participate in code reviews, bug triaging, and contribute to improving overall test coverage and product quality

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Playwright using Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Cypress using JavaScript
- Solid proficiency in manual testing and bug reporting
- Valuable understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured
- Experience working with Git and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestRail
- Strong programming knowledge in Java and JavaScript

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g.,JMeter)
