Job Brief
We're looking for a hands-on HR Executive who can independently manage the full employee lifecycle — from sourcing and recruitment through onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations — while also supporting general administrative work. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone organised, personable, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across roles (technical, sales, back-office, site staff)
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication end-to-end
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners

HR Operations

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/management
- Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts
- Track probation, confirmation, and appraisal timelines

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Support a healthy,



qualified work culture across teams
- Assist with performance review coordination

Administration

- Support general office administration and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related services (ID cards, insurance, etc.) as needed
- Assist management with ad-hoc HR and admin projects

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll basics)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Well-organised, self-driven, and comfortable owning a role independently

Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred (generalist experience a plus)
- Prior experience in a small/growing company environment is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
