Job Summary

ClickNCare is looking for a Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our software solutions, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain ClickNCare's CRM and Software Solutions.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule product demos and appointments.
Follow up with interested customers.
Update customer details in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements
Graduate.




0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
