Job Description – Telecaller (Collections)

Role

We are hiring Telecallers for the Collection Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending payments and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up
- Explain dues and payment details clearly
- Maintain proper call records and updates
- Coordinate with the field team when required
- Achieve daily calling and collection targets

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to handle customers professionally

Salary

- Minimum salary: ₹25,000
- Exact salary will be discussed during the interview

Timing

- Day shift
