We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and execution for our in-house brands. This is not a client-servicing role—you'll focus on building brand presence, creating impactful content, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end social media strategy (Organic + Paid)
Plan and execute content across LinkedIn, Instagram & other platforms
Build thought leadership content for founders and leadership team
Manage LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Manage community engagement across social channels

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of Social Media Management experience
Solid expertise in LinkedIn and B2B content marketing




Experience managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta Ads)
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & analytics tools
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
Experience working closely with leadership on brand messaging

Preferred:

- Experience marketing B2B SaaS, MarTech, or Tech products
- Founder branding on LinkedIn
- Canva, Figma, or Adobe design skills
- Basic understanding of Performance Marketing and SEO

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Google Ads: 2 years (Required)
- Meta Ads: 2 years (Required)
- Social media management: 2 years (Required)
