Job Overview:

Purely looking for candidates with accounts experience and a background of a minimum of 2–3 years of experience. The post holder will work closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Head. The desired candidate should have experience in finance accounting systems and Accounts Receivable,



along with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Accounts Receivable Management

- Keenly monitor all receivables and ensure billing accuracy.
- Conduct regular collection follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain receivables reporting.

Billing & Documentation

- Generate invoices and prepare estimates.
- Maintain and update day-to-day activity reports.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients on billing, collections, and account reconciliation.

Specifications:

- Education Level: Graduate (B.Com)
- Skill: Receivables management, customer account reconciliation, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
- Communication: Good communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Advantages:

- PF & ESIC on confirmation post probation period.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
