senior oracle flexcube functional consultant – 12 to 18 years

levarus solutions is hiring a senior oracle flexcube functional consultant with extensive experience in oracle flexcube 14.7 / 14.x implementation, banking transformation, and enterprise core banking projects. the ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise across multiple flexcube modules and should be capable of driving end-to-end functional solutioning and stakeholder management activities.

key responsibilities

- lead oracle flexcube 14.7 / 14.x implementation and functional consulting activities.
- handle end-to-end business requirement gathering and functional solution design.
- perform parameterization, product setup, and process configuration across flexcube modules.
- review brd, fsd, gap analysis, and process flow documentation.
- coordinate with technical, testing, and integration teams for project delivery.
- lead sit, uat, reconciliation, migration, and go-live support activities.
- conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and business process reviews.
- monitor defects, issue tracking, and resolution activities using jira or similar tools.




- provide domain guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and project teams.
- support enterprise banking transformation and process optimization initiatives.

required skills

- mandatory experience in oracle flexcube 14.7 / 14.x.
- strong banking domain expertise and understanding of banking operations.
- extensive experience in flexcube implementation and transformation projects.
- strong exposure to flexcube modules including core banking, casa, trade finance, loans, td, payments, treasury, teller, and money market.
- robust knowledge of parameterization, testing, and product creation in flexcube.
- good understanding of gl entries, accounting flows, and reconciliation processes.
- experience in business process analysis and functional solutioning.
- experience in defect triaging, issue tracking, and governance activities.
- strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- experience working with enterprise banking and digital transformation programs.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
