1. Project Planning & Execution

- Take handover from sales/design team with complete BOQ & drawings
- Create project timelines and execution schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
- Monitor daily site progress

2. Site Management

- Visit sites regularly and supervise execution
- Coordinate with carpenters, vendors, and installation teams
- Ensure proper material usage and workmanship
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively

3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination

- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability
- Manage vendor timelines and quality
- Ensure cost control and avoid wastage

4. Client Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact for execution updates
- Share regular progress updates with clients
- Handle client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Manage expectations regarding timelines and deliverables

5. Quality Control

- Ensure execution matches design specifications
- Maintain finishing standards and brand quality
- Conduct quality checks before final handover

6. Team Coordination

- Work closely with designers, sales team, and factory
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Align teams to meet project deadlines

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project tracker (timeline, stage updates, delays)
- Report daily/weekly progress to management
- Track revisions, delays, and reasons
- Ensure proper closure documentation

- Number of site issues/escalations
- Quality score (rework/defects)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Civil / Interior Design preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in interior project execution
- Experience in residential interior projects preferred

Skills Required

- Site execution knowledge (carpentry, modular, finishes)
- Vendor and team coordination
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Communication and client handling

Preferred Experience

- Interior design firms / turnkey interior companies
- Experience handling multiple sites simultaneously

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
