Key Duties
- Call Orders: Read incoming tickets aloud clearly so all chef stations know what to cook and when.
- Inspect Plates: Check every finished dish for correct portion size, neat presentation, and proper temperature before it leaves the kitchen.
- Control Pace: Match the cooking speed of different food items so all parts of an order finish at the exact same time. [1]

- Loud Voice: Speak clearly and loudly to cut through noisy kitchen sounds.
- Quick Thinking: Keep track of many orders at once without getting confused.
- Valuable Teamwork: Talk well with both the cooks and the servers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
