We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee and candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹23,182.99 per month
