Hexcode Think Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Success & Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building relationships.

You will be responsible for introducing and selling Superblock, our AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform, to businesses and educational institutions. You will also assist customers throughout their onboarding journey and help ensure their success with the platform.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify current leads.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Demonstrate Superblock's features and benefits to potential customers.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers during onboarding and provide basic support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements





- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Willingness to learn about SaaS products and customer success.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.
