Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Passive Cabling & Networking Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks, copper and fiber cabling, network devices, and rack installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, terminate, and test CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling.
- Perform structured cabling for offices, data centers, and commercial buildings.
- Install and maintain network racks, patch panels, cable trays, and cable management systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Install and configure Wi-Fi access points and ensure optimal wireless coverage.
- Conduct cable testing, labeling, certification, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and cabling issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during project implementation.
- Maintain project documentation, cable layouts,



and network diagrams.
- Ensure installations comply with industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Provide post-installation support and preventive maintenance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of structured cabling standards.
- Experience with copper and fiber optic cable installation and termination.
- Hands-on experience with network switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing concepts.
- Familiarity with cable testing tools such as Fluke testers and OTDR (preferred).
- Ability to read network layouts and cable drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
