- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and basic understanding of risk assessment, policy terms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Foundational Finance skills to discuss premiums, coverage value, and financial planning implications with customers.
- Experience in Consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in simple, clear language.
- Comfort working remotely, with valuable time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or related sectors is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
