About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Talent Acquisition along with exposure to HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Handle HR operations such as onboarding,
documentation, employee records, and HR compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Assist with employee lifecycle management and day-to-day HR administration.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period will be preferred.
