Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote company image and expand business for motorcycle parts.
- Define yearly sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, brands, and business opportunities.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Enhance brand visibility through social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries related to current developments, orders,



pricing, quality issues, testing, and dispatch.
- Follow up with customers for payments and new orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries and complaints.
- Manage lot forwarding and dispatch processes through Oracle.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
