Key Responsibilities – Waterjet Weaving Supervisor

- Supervise day-to-day operations of waterjet looms to ensure smooth and continuous production
- Monitor loom efficiency, productivity, and fabric quality as per production targets
- Ensure correct setting, alignment, and parameter adjustment of waterjet machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns, fabric defects, and water pressure issues
- Maintain quality standards (pick density, GSM, defects control, shade consistency)
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator training
- Ensure timely style changes, beam gaiting, and article changeovers
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production planning teams
- Control raw material usage (yarn, water, chemicals) to minimize wastage
- Maintain production records, efficiency reports, and downtime logs
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with factory rules
- Implement continuous improvement for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
