Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. The Assistant Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's educational products and services to educational institutions across Mumbai and Pune. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to educational establishments to generate business opportunities and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit educational institutions across Mumbai and Pune to present and promote the company's products and services.
- Identify prospective clients and generate recent business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for decision-makers within educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, management representatives, and other stakeholders.




- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
- MBA Fresher are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Education, EdTech, or related sales/business development roles.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Mumbai-based candidates willing to travel across Mumbai and Pune.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused individuals.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the education sector.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively will be an added advantage.
